The Griswold is a pre-war cooperative apartment complex located near the historic garden district of Jackson Heights, New York.  The Queensboro Corporation developed this and many other co-ops in Jackson Heights.  The Griswold was designed by architect Joshua Tabatchnik, and erected in 1937, and has retained all of its neo-classic style and details. 

                 Our 84 units are home to a culturally and ethnically diverse community, that values the many things that make the Griswold unique.  Many of our units are also home to feline and canine companions.
